Beyond the executive title

When I stepped away from corporate leadership, I expected my next chapter to follow a familiar pattern: choose the goal, make the plan, and move forward.

The quieter pace changed what I noticed. Achievement had brought opportunity, meaning, and a career I valued. It had also become one of the primary ways I measured myself. Instead,  I began considering which ambitions still felt like mine and what I wanted success to include now.

That inquiry changed how I live. I learned to observe my thoughts, seek perspectives beyond my own, and let experience test what I believed. Success became broad enough to include embracing uncertainty, health and wellbeing, close relationships, curiosity, creativity, and choice — without diminishing aspiration.

Senior leaders arrive with experience, sound judgment, and a track record of achievement. Coaching becomes valuable when familiar thinking no longer reveals every option, when an aspiration is evolving, or when the person is growing alongside the role.

I bring the business fluency of someone who has lived executive accountability and the openness of someone whose own understanding has changed. I can follow the organizational realities while remaining attentive to what may be shaping your experience within them.
